Are your products certified organic?
Yes. All Leyi Therapeutic supplements, oils, and teas are USDA Organic certified. Our certification number is #OR-2018-0042. We also hold Non-GMO Project Verification and Leaping Bunny cruelty-free certification.
Where do your ingredients come from?
We source ingredients from over 35 countries, partnering directly with ethical farms and cooperatives. Our sourcing team visits each supplier in person. Full supply chain transparency reports are published annually on our About page.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
All of our supplements use plant-based vegetable cellulose capsules. All products are gluten-free and free from the 8 major allergens. Our facility also processes tree nuts — please check individual product pages if you have tree nut allergies.
Can I see lab test results for products?
Yes — we provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for every product batch on request. Email leyitherapeutic@gmail.com with the product name and lot number from your packaging and we'll send the full third-party lab report within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer as our primary payment method. All transactions are processed securely through our verified banking partners. We plan to add credit card and digital wallet support soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfilment pipeline and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at leyitherapeutic@gmail.com or call 08057733097 / 08029543811 if you need to make a change.

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery varies by state — typically 1–5 business days within Nigeria. Express and overnight options are available at checkout. International orders are quoted after placement. See our Shipping page for zone rates.

What is your return policy?
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund — no questions asked. See our Returns page for the full process.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return request, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 days depending on your financial institution.
